Why doesn't my aunt leave when her period comes?

Various reasons may cause menstrual disorders, and menstrual disorders are roughly divided into: delayed menstruation and early menstruation. Most female friends understand this aspect, but what are the actual causes of them? What do we need to pay attention to in our daily life? What is the reason for not having menstruation?

The length of a woman's menstrual cycle varies from person to person. The normal menstrual cycle is 28 days. Occasionally, it may be early or delayed by no more than 7 days and it can be considered normal. That is, the menstrual cycle should not be less than 21 days, nor more than 35 days. Such a menstrual cycle is normal. The length of menstrual cycles varies from woman to woman. If it is 7-10 days early or late, it is within the normal range. As long as a certain periodicity can be maintained, it is not considered to be irregular menstruation.

Endometriosis: The occurrence of endometriosis will affect the contraction of the uterine myometrium or the extension of the endometrium. The extension of the uterine wall will increase the shedding time of the endometrium, resulting in excessive menstrual cycles or prolonged menstruation.

Placement of an IUD: When an IUD is placed, the uterine wall is compressed by the ring, causing inflammatory infiltration of body cells and possibly prolonged menstruation.

Uterine leiomyoma: Especially uterine and cervical leiomyoma, which is due to the expansion of the total area of uterine body, causing abnormal uterine contraction, which may cause excessive menstrual cycles and prolonged menstruation.

Uterine dysfunction bleeding: such as anovulatory uterine bleeding and irregular uterine wall shedding, are all caused by endocrine dysfunction problems that lead to prolonged menstrual cycles.

Blood diseases: such as thrombocytopenic purpura, aplastic anemia, etc., are often accompanied by menstrual cramps. If there is severe uterine bleeding, it will cause prolonged menstruation. Other diseases such as chronic anemia, chronic hepatitis, cirrhosis, nephritis, etc. can make the blood vessel wall sensitive, increase the permeability and cause bleeding.
