The dangers of functional uterine bleeding

In our country, red represents passion and happiness, and many weddings use bright red wedding dresses. In China, red generally has a very positive meaning. But there are some exceptions, such as bloodshed, which is very tragic. Today, the editor will introduce to you the symptoms and harm of multifunctional uterine bleeding. Let’s take a look.

What are the symptoms of multifunctional uterine bleeding?

First, the clinical medical characteristics of anovulatory functional uterine bleeding. Since there is no ovulation, there is no progesterone production and the body does not metabolize progesterone. Estrogen levels adjust as the egg grows and shrinks. When estrogen levels continue to increase, the uterine wall continues to proliferate, and no bleeding occurs at this time. However, when estrogen levels in the body suddenly drop, withdrawal bleeding may occur. The clinical symptoms may be bleeding after a period of amenorrhea, or the bleeding may be non-periodic, with uncertain amount, duration and time interval. Some may only show increased menstrual volume and prolonged menstrual duration.

When there is a lot of bleeding, it can cause severe anemia. Due to the stimulation of estrogen, the uterus may be slightly enlarged, too soft, the cervix may be loose, the cervical mucus may be transparent and abundant, and may present varying degrees of fern-like crystals or atypical crystals. Ovulation period body temperature monophasic electrical type. Uterine wall puncture biopsy often shows simple or cystic hyperplasia, and occasionally cystadenoma-like or intestinal metaplasia may be seen. Sometimes it may also present as contractile changes. Estrogen measures the base level that is maintained during the reproductive period.

Second, the clinical medical characteristics of ovulatory functional uterine bleeding. It may be due to insufficient estrogen metabolism before ovulation, resulting in incomplete development of the corpus luteum and premature shrinkage. When the corpus luteum is underdeveloped, its metabolism is poor, resulting in insufficient progesterone excretion. The clinical symptoms include regular menstrual cycles, but shortened cycle times, or bleeding several days before menstruation, with no change in menstrual volume. Early uterine wall puncture biopsy can reveal poor or uneven glandular duct metabolism. Interstitial edema was not significant. The body temperature during ovulation is biphasic, but the rise is slow, and the follicular phase is shorter than normal, generally about 10 days. Because the pregnancy period is not enough, infertility or miscarriage in early pregnancy usually occurs.

What is the damage of uterine multifunctional bleeding?

1. Cause inflammation. Because after a woman has functional uterine bleeding, the resistance and defense of the vagina will decrease rapidly, and bacteria will enter more easily at this time, leading to various inflammations.

2. Affects fertility. If functional uterine bleeding occurs for a long time, it can cause excessive blood loss in women and eventually lead to anemia.

3. Psychological trauma. Because women have continuous functional uterine bleeding during adolescence, they have a greater psychological burden and psychological trauma, which will have a certain impact on their daily life and study.

Nowadays, with the progress of society, various diseases have also become popular. In our daily life, diseases are everywhere, and we must do a good job in prevention.
