The thigh bone, or hip bone, is an upward-extending bone that makes up the two halves of the pelvis in mammals. The pelvis is composed of two hip bones and a sacrum (also the coccyx). The hip bone is composed of the ilium, sciatic nerve and phalanges, and in adults these three bones are combined into one bone. So what is the cause of pain in the upper right side of a woman’s thigh bone? The pain above the right thigh bone of women is basically considered to be caused by gastrointestinal diseases. The actual symptoms include intestinal tuberculosis, appendicitis, ileal polyps, etc. Because this area of women is a concentrated area of gastrointestinal tissues such as the cecum, appendix, and ileum, when some tissues become inflamed or space-occupying, it will cause localized damage to the surrounding normal tissues. Once the patient's part comes into contact with gastrointestinal fluid, compounds, etc., it will cause the smooth muscles to contract and spasm, leading to persistent pain in the right abdomen. However, since there are other system tissues such as the vascular system, urinary system, and central nervous system in this area, it cannot be ruled out that the patient may suffer from other diseases such as abdominal aortic aneurysm, fallopian tube obstruction, and partial mental damage. For the actual cause of the disease, more detailed examinations are needed before diagnosis and treatment can be carried out, such as stool analysis, abdominal CT scans, and ultrasound imaging examinations. Causes of thigh bone pain include: 1. Trauma: Trauma can cause hip fracture or soft tissue damage, causing pain in the thigh bone. 2. Muscle strain causes hip synovitis: long-term exercise or poor posture, etc., cause the hip synovium to repeatedly suffer poor support, inflammatory extravasation of the synovium, hematoma and edema, and thigh pain. 3. Hip osteoarthritis: As middle-aged and elderly people age, they experience hip degeneration and bone hyperplasia. In severe cases, osteoarthritis occurs, causing pain at different levels in the thigh bone, which is aggravated by walking or weight-bearing activities. 4. Aseptic necrosis of the femoral head: Aseptic necrosis of the femoral head caused by various reasons such as alcohol, trauma, growth hormone, etc. is often accompanied by pain in the anterior groin of the femur, and is also manifested as aggravation after walking or weight-bearing, and relief or alleviation when resting. 5. Osteoporosis: Simple osteoporosis can cause thigh pain, usually combined with back and lower back pain. 6. Intervertebral disc disease: Intervertebral disc disease compresses the nerves and can radiate pain to the thigh bone. 7. Gynecological diseases: Some gynecological diseases can also cause thigh pain. |
