Example diagram of female basal body temperature curve

It is normal for normal human body temperature to fluctuate to a certain extent. The fluctuation of women's body temperature during ovulation is very different from that of men. The fluctuation of women's body temperature during ovulation is closely related to the physiological cycle. So, how much do you know about the following knowledge about women's ovulation temperature?

Under normal circumstances, women's body temperature will be different during menstruation, ovulation and ovulation. Under normal ovulation conditions, a woman's body temperature during ovulation shows a biphasic change of high and low temperatures, which is called biphasic body temperature. Generally, the ovulation period is from the first day of the menstrual period to the 14th day. During this period, the basic body temperature is low, and the body temperature on the day of ovulation is the lowest. After the ovulation period, the body temperature will continue to be high for 14 days until the next period, which will increase by 0.3~0.6 degrees Celsius compared with the period before ovulation. The body temperature will drop again when the next menstruation comes.

The body temperature of a woman during ovulation during pregnancy will be different from her normal ovulation temperature. Ten days after a woman becomes pregnant, her body temperature during ovulation will rise by about 0.5 degrees Celsius compared to normal body temperature. If she is confirmed to be pregnant, her body temperature will maintain this high ratio throughout the pregnancy. Therefore, if you find that your menstrual blood pressure remains higher than normal, you should go to the hospital in time to check if there are any signs of pregnancy.

Ovulation temperature trend chart

What is the ovulation temperature trend chart? The basic body temperature curve is a data chart. The horizontal axis represents the time and cycle time of the menstrual cycle. On the same day, each cell is 1 day. Starting from the first day of menarche, the ovulation temperature measured daily is plotted on a grid on the corresponding thermometer, with smaller points until the first day of the next menarche, and finally each point is represented by a straight line. Connected one after another, it becomes the basic body temperature curve of a physiological cycle. In the case of colds, fever, diarrhea, insomnia, drinking, using electric blankets, etc., it is often easy to affect the ovulation body temperature, which should be described in the next section of the basal body temperature curve.

1. Normal basal body temperature curve: The normal physiological cycle is 28 days. The basic body temperature curve shows the standard high and low temperature test biphasic transition, that is, the biphasic human body temperature. From the beginning of menstruation to ovulation, there is a 14-day ultra-low temperature period, and then another 14-day high temperature period after ovulation. The 14th day is the ovulation period. Women who are not ready to get pregnant are more likely to get pregnant on day 14 of their ovulation period.

Women's menstrual cycle is not necessarily 28 days, so the observed basal body temperature curve and numbers will be different. The key is to determine your own ultra-low temperature period and high temperature period, find your ovulation period, and allocate your own sexual intercourse time to achieve a successful pregnancy!

2. Basic body temperature curve of pregnancy: high temperature lasts for 15 to 34 days and lasts for 20 days. Generally speaking, a high temperature that lasts for more than 16 days is a sign of pregnancy.

The basic body temperature curve for suspected miscarriage in early pregnancy: after 20 days, the temperature drops from the 15th to the 24th, which is generally a sign of miscarriage in early pregnancy. If a woman has such an ovulation temperature, she should go to the hospital as soon as possible to find out the reason.

3. Basic body temperature curve without ovulation: continuous ultra-low temperature, no high temperature period. There is no biphasic change in the high and low temperature test. If after accurate measurement, it is found that the sisters need to go to the hospital for treatment, please check whether the ovulation period is insufficient. In order to give appropriate medicine and recover as soon as possible.

4. Luteal dysfunction causes slow temperature drop. Basic body temperature curve: Under normal circumstances, when there is no pregnancy, the lutein concentration will decrease and the uterine wall will drop rapidly. If the body temperature drops slowly, it means that the corpus luteum function is poor, which is not conducive to pregnancy.

5. Insufficient lutein concentration causes slow rise in ovulation body temperature. Base of ovulation temperature curve: It can be observed that after the 14th ovulation, the body temperature begins to rise slowly at the 15th time. This situation shows that the concentration of lutein secreted by the body is not fast enough, causing the body temperature to rise slowly. It also generally indicates that ovulation is weak and the chance of pregnancy is reduced.
