Under normal circumstances, before the fetus is born, the embryo should be attached to the inner wall of the uterus. If after 20 weeks of pregnancy, before the mother gives birth, the embryo detaches from the endometrium from its normal position, it is placental abruption. Placental abruption is also divided into dominant genes, latent genes and mixed types. Placental abruption is a very dangerous condition, so what are the symptoms of placental abruption? 1. Abdominal pain. Pregnant women with placental abruption may experience different symptoms depending on the severity of the condition. Those with mild symptoms may have mild abdominal pain, while those with severe symptoms may have persistent lower abdominal pain and back pain. 2. Vaginal bleeding. Patients with placental abruption will experience vaginal bleeding and pain at the same time. Patients with mild conditions have more bleeding, and the blood is dark red. Patients with severe conditions may not have vaginal bleeding, or there may only be a small amount of bloody amniotic fluid in the vagina. Patients will also continue to have symptoms of subacute anemia. 3. The uterus contracts rigidly. This type of condition is common in critically ill patients with placental abruption. For patients with mild symptoms, the uterus is still soft, uterine contractions are intermittent, and there is only a local pain feeling in the abdomen, and the pain is not obvious when pressed. However, patients with severe conditions also have very strong uterine contractions. The uterus will be like a hard plate, the fetus is in a transverse position, and the contraction of the uterus is almost uninterrupted, so the patient cannot relax for a moment. 4. The skin and mucous membranes tend to bleed. Placental abruption may result in fetal death. In the case of fetal death, diffuse intravascular coagulation or clotting disorder may occur. In clinical medicine, patients will mainly show abnormal bleeding without coagulation in the subcutaneous tissue, mucous membrane or uterus. Some patients may also experience hematuria, hemoptysis and other conditions. If placental abruption is accompanied by external bleeding, the disease is relatively mild. If it is accompanied by capillary rupture or mixed bleeding, the disease is severe. If placental abruption occurs, it is best to terminate the pregnancy immediately to avoid complications in the pregnant woman. Depending on the baby's fetal movement, placental abruption and the condition of the fetus in the uterine cavity, choose different delivery methods, and take care of the pregnant woman in time after giving birth to avoid coagulation disorders, postpartum hemorrhage or acute renal failure. |
