What is the cause of pelvic effusion in early pregnancy?

Many women have the problem of pelvic effusion, but if they find these problems during pregnancy, they should understand the causes of pelvic effusion. Some women did not do any examinations related to their reproductive organs before becoming pregnant, and were very confident that they would not have gynecological infections. However, when they did relevant examinations after becoming pregnant, they found pelvic effusion. So how does pelvic effusion during pregnancy occur?

Some women were found to have pelvic effusion in B-ultrasound during pregnancy check-up. In fact, the main reason is that the pelvis is located at the lowest position in the body. When there is leaking fluid, it will directly remain in the pelvis, thus causing pelvic effusion. In fact, normal women also have a small amount of pelvic fluid during ovulation or menstruation. This is a good sign, indicating that the woman's bilateral fallopian tubes are unobstructed. If a pregnant woman finds that the height of pelvic effusion is less than 30mm, there is no need for special treatment. It is a natural physiological phenomenon and will not have a negative impact on the growth and development of the fetus.

Many women do not pay attention to their own hygiene during menstruation, and the shedding of the uterine wall will cause the dilation of blood vessels, thus creating a good condition for the growth of bacteria. You will gradually infect the pelvis or uterus, so there will be related inflammation, and there may be serious problems such as pelvic effusion.

Some people do not pay attention to the hygiene of sexual intercourse, and they do not clean their bodies before sexual intercourse. Some people may have frequent sexual intercourse, and do not pay attention to the cleaning of private parts after sexual intercourse, so it is easy to have bacterial infection problems, which leads to the problem of pelvic effusion.

Some women have low resistance and there are some pathogenic bacteria in their vagina. Generally, when the body's resistance is relatively strong, it is not easy to feel uncomfortable. Once the resistance is reduced to a certain extent, it will easily cause pelvic inflammatory disease, and the condition of pelvic effusion will become more serious.
