Ruptured tubal pregnancy

Ruptured tubal pregnancy

Ectopic pregnancy is also known as ectopic pregnancy in clinical medicine, among which tubal pregnancy is the most common. Tubal pregnancy will cause great threat to the health of patients. With the growth of test tube embryo, bilateral fallopian tubes may rupture. Let’s discuss the aspects of tubal pregnancy rupture.

How many factors lead to tubal pregnancy?

1. Fallopian tube inflammation

Chronic salpingitis, inflammation and adhesion of the endometrium of both fallopian tubes to form a narrow area, both fallopian tubes are bumpy or there are inflammation and adhesions around both fallopian tubes, which often make fertilization of eggs blocked. Salpingitis not only causes changes in shape, but also damages the microvilli of the endometrium of both fallopian tubes, reduces the motility of both fallopian tubes, and affects the migration of fertilized eggs.

2. Bilateral fallopian tube dysplasia or malformation

In patients with bilateral fallopian tube dysplasia, the muscle tissue of the fallopian tube wall is poorly developed or absent, the endometrial microvilli are absent, and the shape of the fallopian tube is thinner than that of normal fallopian tubes, and it is spirally bent and longer than normal. Those with dysplasia have porous structures, diverticula, bilateral fallopian tube openings, or an additional dysplastic bilateral fallopian tube, which is called accessory bilateral fallopian tube.

3. Bilateral fallopian tube endometriosis

Uterine wall tissue can invade the interstitial part of bilateral fallopian tubes, causing the interstitial part to thicken and the lumen to become narrow or blocked, which is one of the causes of tubal pregnancy. Many people have suggested that ectopic locations in the fallopian tubes, uterus, ovaries, and uterine wall of the pelvis may have some chemotactic effect on the combination of sperm and egg, causing the embryo to implant outside the uterine cavity. Harm of tubal pregnancy

Regarding the harm of tubal pregnancy, gynecologists remind female friends: when the sperm and egg combine and settle in the fallopian tubes, they begin to grow. The thin walls of the fallopian tubes are corroded by hair, and as the embryo grows and expands, they rupture. The rupture of the fallopian tubes causes a lot of bleeding, and in severe cases, it can cause shock. If not treated in time, it can seriously endanger life.

When tubal pregnancy has not ruptured or aborted, it is often ignored because there are no special symptoms. However, when severe abdominal pain occurs, it is usually because the tubal pregnancy has ruptured, causing abdominal blood vessels to rupture, threatening women's lives!
