White discharge on both sides of the vulva

White discharge on both sides of the vulva

The female private parts, because they support the key tissues of the female body such as the uterus, vagina and pelvis, therefore, the private parts need to be kept clean on a daily basis and underwear should be washed frequently. Sometimes, if abnormal secretions are found, the cause should be found out in time to maintain the health of the urinary system. So, what is the reason for the increase in useless secretions on both sides of the private parts?

What is the reason for the white discharge on both sides of the private parts?

1. There is a lot of white secretions in the private parts. This is mostly caused by poor hygiene or inflammation and irritation. It is best to go to the hospital for a check-up. Pay attention to hygiene and avoid spicy and irritating foods. Sexual intercourse is strictly prohibited.

2. Increased vulvar secretions may also be a possible fungal infection. Most fungal vaginitis is caused by Candida albicans, which can cause itching of the private parts, even ulceration and pain, vaginal burning pain, which is more obvious when urinating, or frequent urination, urgency, pain when urinating and pain during sexual intercourse. The discharge may be thin or thick, milky white like soybean milk residue or fine water, and the vaginal wall is covered with a milky white pseudomembrane. Redness of the mucosa can be seen after cleaning.

What are the reasons for the normal changes in secretions?

1. Secretions, also known as vaginal discharge, are a mixture of vaginal mucosal exudate, cervical glandular duct and uterine wall glandular duct secretions, containing vaginal epithelial cells, white blood cells and some non-highly pathogenic bacteria. Under normal circumstances, the quality and quantity of vaginal discharge changes with the menstrual cycle.

2. After the menstrual period is over, the vaginal discharge is small in amount, white in color and sticky. In the middle and late menstrual period when the uterus and ovaries are about to ovulate, due to the abundant secretion of the cervical gland ducts, the leucorrhea is abundant, fully transparent, and slightly sticky, like egg white. 2-3 days after ovulation, vaginal discharge becomes turbid, thick and less in quantity. Before, during and after menstruation, due to pelvic congestion, vaginal mucosal exudate increases and secretions usually increase.

If there is a lot of white secretions on both sides of the private parts, it is mostly due to problems with the daily cleaning of the female urinary system, or inflammation of the uterine tissue causing abnormal secretions. If the secretions are excessive and have color and odor, you should go to the hospital for relevant gynecological examinations in time and ask the doctor for targeted treatment. Don't be too careless and neglect it, which will lead to the continued aggravation of the disease.
