Brown stuff in the early stages of my period

Brown stuff in the early stages of my period

During the menstrual period, girls' menstrual discharge should be dark red and free of blood clots. If there is brown discharge before menstruation, female friends should pay attention to it, because this brown discharge may be caused by bleeding in a certain part of the male reproductive organ. Generally speaking, there are several reasons for brown discharge before menstruation:

1. Ovulation bleeding. Some women will only discharge a small amount of brown discharge, which usually lasts for 2 to 3 days and will not exceed a week at most, and may be accompanied by mild ovulation pain and back pain. Under normal circumstances, the amount of ovulation bleeding is relatively small and has no effect on one's daily life, so no treatment is needed; but if the bleeding is heavy and affects daily life, and women aged between 20 and 40 years old can take a small amount of estrogen supplement under the guidance of a doctor to alleviate this symptom.

2. Multifunctional abnormal uterine bleeding. Generally speaking, its main manifestations are irregular menstrual cycles, heavy menstrual flow, prolonged menstrual periods or non-menstrual bleeding. The principle of treatment is to quickly activate blood circulation, and then regulate and establish a normal physiological cycle to prevent recurrence. Some women may suffer from varying degrees of anemia due to long-term multifunctional uterine bleeding, so they also need to correct the anemia.

Darker menstrual blood may be related to inflammation. In fact, the menstrual blood that must come every month is the blood flowing in the body's blood vessels, and it should be bright red. However, because menstrual blood is mixed with fallen uterine wall fragments, cervical mucus and squamous epithelial cells in the vagina, it appears darker in color. It is not as bright red as the blood discharged from broken skin, and there are also some small thin fragments mixed in the menstrual blood. In particular, some people have less menstrual blood, and the longer it stays in the uterus and vagina, the darker the color becomes. Therefore, while paying attention to the color of menstrual blood, you should also pay attention to the menstrual cycle, the duration of the menstrual period, the amount of menstruation, and whether you have any uncomfortable symptoms.
