Hematologic colon cancer: It is more common in left-sided colon cancer. Patients often have persistent constipation and may occasionally have increased stool volume. When the tumor ruptures, the fecal stones may be stained with blood or mucus, and even discharge pus.

3. Duodenal diseases

The clinical symptom of rectal polyps is blood in the stool, which is intermittent, bright red in color, and generally in small amounts. This type of disease is more common in children and adolescents.

The specific manifestations of hematogenous colorectal cancer are increased stool volume, narrowing of the stool, and the presence of mucus and blood, accompanied by anal prolapse or a feeling of incomplete defecation. The blood in the stool is bright red or brown in the early stages and the amount is very small. In the late stages, foul-smelling mucus often appears in the stool, and weight loss occurs, which should be taken seriously.
