What fruits can a six-month-old eat?

For many babies, their parents have been paying attention to their diet since they were born, but not every parent knows how to give their children age-appropriate food. If something is eaten by mistake, it can easily cause gastrointestinal problems in babies. So, what kind of fruits are good for babies in June?

Although six-month-old babies cannot eat some fruits alone, the processed fruit puree is still suitable for babies. But be careful not to eat out-of-season fruits and cold fruits. For off-season fresh fruits, non-traditional methods are used in terms of storage and cultivation.

1. Banana and Apple

Bananas and apples can prevent children from constipation. Bananas and apples are relatively soft and can be squeezed into shape with a spoon and mashed before feeding to children.

2. Apple

Apples are rich in nutrients and can strengthen the spleen and stomach. You can steam an apple for your baby and eat it with a spoon.

3. Orange

Cut the oranges into two halves and use a special juicer to make juice. It is better to add equal amount of warm water to dilute the liquid before feeding the baby. But babies don’t need to eat too many oranges, otherwise they will get angry easily.

4. Red Pomelo

Red-fleshed pomelo is a fruit that can reduce internal heat. It is better to fry it into juice and then slightly warm it before feeding it to children. It is best to give it to children thirty minutes after a meal.
