Both men and women usually have two breasts, but women's breasts are relatively larger and softer than men's. There is an obvious gap in the middle of our breasts. Women like this gap to be small so that they can show their career lines. So where is the position in the middle of the breast? The position in the middle of the two chests is the mediastinum, which is a general term for the organs, structures and connective tissues between the upper and lower mediastinal pleural thickenings. The mediastinum is in the sagittal plane, located to the left of the center of the chest cavity, narrow above and wide below, short in front and long in back. The anterior boundary of the mediastinum is the scapula, the posterior boundary is the spine, and the sides are the mediastinal pleural thickenings. Under normal circumstances, the position of the mediastinum is relatively fixed. When pneumothorax occurs on one side, the mediastinum should move to the same side. In clinical medicine, the three-part division is often used, which divides the anterior mediastinum into the anterior mediastinum and the posterior mediastinum based on the anterior wall of the bronchus and bronchitis and the posterior wall of the pericardium. It is divided into upper mediastinum and lower mediastinum by the plane of sternal angle. The mediastinal space is a narrow space between the mediastinal organs, which is filled with loose connective tissue, which can be used for organ movement and changes in chest cavity capacity. The connective tissue in the space is continuous with the connective tissue surrounding the organs in the neck and in the retroperitoneum. The shoulder blade is located between the breasts. If there is pain in this area, it is usually caused by costochondritis, pleurisy, coronary heart disease, or angina pectoris. If the pain worsens when you take a deep breath, and you usually cough up a lot of sputum and smoke frequently, this is usually caused by pleurisy. The main symptom of costochondritis is persistent, stabbing pain in the shoulder blade. Cardiovascular disease, represented by angina pectoris and myocardial infarction. This type of chest pain is often manifested as compression, stuffiness, or even tearing pain in the precordial area and behind the sternum. It often radiates to the left arm, neck and inner side of the right arm. Some of it is also caused by reflux esophagitis, which is very easy to misdiagnose and is often accompanied by acid reflux, gastric juice and stomach pain. The pain worsens after lying down and is relieved after standing up. The Tanzhong point is located right between the two breasts. For a normal body, there is skin and shoulder blades between the breasts, and the thymus is also located behind the shoulder blades. Generally, adults experience atrophy of the thymus. If the patient experiences pain, tenderness, or other discomfort in the center of the breast, you should actively consider drawing blood for a routine blood test and, if necessary, doing a peripheral blood acid-fast stain to see if the blood system is normal. If the patient's blood system shows an increase in white blood cell count, blood cells, platelets and other body cells, and the degree of increase is high, accompanied by fever. If necessary, you should also consider doing a bone marrow puncture to see if there is any possibility of blood disease. |
