4. For external use, grind Chuanwu and Caowu into powder together, then mix with onion juice and honey to make juice, apply it to the painful point of lower abdomen for about 2 to 3 hours. Once a day.

5. In traditional Chinese medicine, acupuncture is best done before or during menstrual cramps. Acupoints selected are mainly from the spleen meridian, including Xuehai, Diji, and Sanyinjiao, and the needles are retained for 1 hour. Take once a day, 1 to 3 times can relieve pain. It can be cured by treating it for three consecutive menstrual cycles.

1. Balanced diet
