1. First, prepare the batter: 4 spoons of glutinous rice flour, 2 spoons of corn starch, 2 spoons of tapioca flour, 1 spoon of starch, 450 grams of water, and 1.5 spoons of oil. Mix them well. Stir it every time you scoop it out to prevent it from sinking to the bottom.

2. Put water in a cooking pot and bring it to a boil. Apply a little oil to a pizza pan and place it on the water. Use a spoon to scoop 2 and a half spoonfuls of step (1) to make a rice noodle skin. Pair it with your favorite dishes to make a delicious fried rice noodle.

Fried Rice Noodles with Barbecued Pork

Material

Rice noodles, barbecued pork, onions, okra, soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oil

1. Cut the barbecued pork, onion and okra into thin strips;

2. Heat the pan with cold oil, add onion and stir-fry over low heat until fragrant;

3. Add the barbecued pork and stir-fry for a few times;

4. Add okra and stir-fry until cooked;

5. Mix the rice noodles with a little oil before putting them into the pan to prevent them from sticking to the pan. Add them into the pan after mixing with oil.

6. Stir-fry evenly;

7. Pour in soy sauce for seasoning and add a few drops of dark soy sauce for coloring;

8. Stir-fry evenly until the water is dry.

Malay Fried Rice Noodles

Material

1/2 cooked chicken breast, 20g leeks, 30g bean sprouts, 60g shrimp, 300g rice noodles, 2 eggs, a pinch of chili flakes, 1 tsp minced garlic, 2 tsp sweet soy sauce, 2 tsp salty soy sauce

1.) Tear the chicken breast into thick strips, wash the bean sprouts, wash the chives and cut into sections for later use.

2.) Heat oil in a pan and sauté minced garlic over high heat. Add shredded chicken and shrimp and stir-fry quickly. Then add rice noodles, chili slices, leeks, and salty and sweet soy sauce. Stir-fry for a few times. Beat the eggs and pour them in from the side of the pan. When the eggs are cooked, add the bean sprouts, stir-fry evenly and serve.
