The initial symptoms of pregnancy include vomiting and insomnia, but these symptoms cannot completely confirm that you are pregnant. In this case, you can go to the hospital for a check-up. The check-up report issued by the hospital can accurately tell whether you are pregnant. So how do you read the pregnancy test sheet and how do you check the pregnancy in the blood routine test order?

How to read the pregnancy test report

After a woman becomes pregnant, the level of female hormones in her body will undergo certain changes. This female hormone is also referred to as hcg gonadotropin. Under normal circumstances, hcg gonadotropin is between 0-5. If you are pregnant, hcg gonadotropin will be around 10, and it will double every day.

The progesterone level of women in the follicular phase is 0.2-0.6 ng/ml, and the progesterone level in the follicular phase is between 6.5-32.2 ng/ml. If it exceeds this number, the possibility of pregnancy is very high, and the longer the pregnancy period, the higher the progesterone level will be.

Women's estradiol levels change to a certain extent at different stages. 1. Under normal circumstances, the serum serum level during the early ovulation period is 48-521 picograms per liter, during the ovulation period it is 70-1835 picograms per liter, but in the middle and late ovulation period it becomes 272-793 picograms per liter.

2. During early pregnancy, it is generally 0-300ng/L, in the middle and late stages of pregnancy it is generally 1000-8000ng/L, and in the mid- to late stages of pregnancy it is generally 5000-27000ng/L.

Prevention of early pregnancy symptoms

1. Those with severe vomiting or dehydration or ketonuria

Hospitalization is required and the patient should abstain from food within 24 hours of hospitalization. 5% to 10% glucose solution and Ringer's solution should be given intravenously, but the amount should be adjusted according to the patient's weight. In addition, the amount of electrolyte solution to be supplemented should be determined based on the test results of blood potassium and blood sodium. Those with severe anemia or poor nutrition can also receive intravenous injection or intravenous drip of essential amino acids to supplement energy. During the treatment period, blood electrolyte solution and CO2-CP must be tested regularly to observe the treatment effect. Generally, after 24 to 48 hours of treatment, urination increases and symptoms improve. At the same time, you should gradually start taking small, frequent meals and then gradually stop the intravenous infusion. In very rare cases where conservative treatment fails, adrenal growth hormone, hydrocortisone, and 5% glucose can be added by slow intravenous drip, which often produces significant results.

2. Those who still fail to respond to active medical treatment

If the following conditions occur, medical treatment of abortion should be given.
