Early symptoms of kidney stones in women

With the increase of people's life pressure, more and more people suffer from kidney stones. The causes of the disease are related to too much work pressure, sitting in the office for a long time, drinking less water and not paying attention to diet. According to a survey, 5 out of 10 people suffer from kidney stones, and most of the patients are women. Why are women more susceptible to kidney stones? What are the early symptoms of kidney stones in women?

There are five reasons that cause kidney stones in women:

1. Feeling full, hungry, or empty, and having irregular eating habits. Many women have a poor diet. They eat and drink less in order to lose weight, and overeat and drink too much in order to gain weight. Eat more when you are hungry, eat less when you are bloated, eat later when you are busy at work, and don’t eat when you are in a bad mood. Irregular diet, unbalanced nutrition, and frequent consumption of foods high in oxalic acid content are one of the causes of kidney stones.

2. Feeling unhappy and worried. Compared with men, women are more rational. When they encounter unpleasant things, they cannot control their emotions and become worried. Some people even suffer from long-term depression due to emotional problems, and eventually develop kidney stones due to bad habits such as drinking frequently, eating hot pot, and overeating.

3. The nightlife culture is rich and colorful, but rest is not good. Although poor rest is not likely to cause symptoms, a rich nightlife culture and long-term drinking and eating spicy food are the main causes of symptoms. If women with a rich nightlife culture also like to drink a lot of coffee, the chances of getting sick are very high.

4. Lack of exercise and drinking less drinking water. Many women hate fitness exercises, thinking that they are too tiring and inconvenient. But fitness exercise is good for your health and can burn fat. If you don't exercise and drink little water, your body will accumulate fat and urinate less, and your chances of getting kidney stones will be higher.

5. Not eating breakfast will result in insufficient nutrients. Some women like to stay in bed and often skip breakfast. Skipping breakfast will affect the metabolism of gastric juice and the excretion of bile, weaken digestion and absorption, and cause symptoms.

Five early symptoms of kidney stones in women

1. Infectious symptoms: fear of cold, back pain, frequent urination and incomplete urination.

2. Asymptomatic: Urine test is negative and B-ultrasound examination shows no abnormalities.

3. Renal insufficiency: causes hydronephrosis and kidney stones.

4. History of stone excretion: small stones are excreted with urine, accompanied by urethral pain and abdominal pain.

5. Renal colic: There is obvious percussion pain in the kidney area, and when the disease occurs, there will be sweating, pale face, low blood pressure, nausea and retching, etc.
