Is it a disease to have a headache when menstruation comes?

Women pay more attention to the menstrual period. When women have their period every month, it is the most uncomfortable time for the body. In recent days, everything I do feels very inconvenient, and I feel very restless and irritable. But even so, if there is a problem with the menstrual period, many people will be very worried. For example, if they have a headache during the menstrual period, is it a disease?

In fact, having a headache during menstruation is not a big problem, but women who have such a thing should pay attention to it and take care of themselves during the menstrual period.

Headaches during menstruation are generally related to three factors. One is that during menstruation, due to changes in the body's female hormones, headaches may occur. This kind of thing is not life-threatening, just take more rest and avoid fatigue. The second reason is the great fluctuations in mentality. Some women become more irritable during their menstrual period. If their mood fluctuates greatly and their mental pressure is too great, they are prone to headaches. There is no need to worry too much about such things. Just control your mentality and relieve yourself from work stress.

Anemia may also occur. During menstruation, women suffer from a lot of iron loss due to bleeding, which makes them prone to anemia. If you have anemia, you are more likely to get headaches. In this case, women should replenish blood and qi in time, eat more iron-rich foods, such as beef liver, pig blood, eggs, etc., and drink more brown sugar ginger water to supplement iron, and the feeling of headache will be alleviated to a certain extent.

What happened when I discharged blood clots that looked like meat during my menstrual period?

Some women found black, flesh-like blood clots and felt very worried when they saw such things. In fact, there is no need to worry too much about such things. These are actually fragments of endometrium that have not melted and turned into blood. We all know that menstruation is caused by the shedding of fragments of the endometrium. In the shedding process, some of them have not been dissolved yet and fall out directly, that is, black and bloody clots like meat. This is also normal, so there is no need to worry too much.

Women pay more attention to the menstrual period, but in fact some seemingly abnormal conditions are actually normal, so women don’t need to worry too much about it.
