Grade IV: There are no vaginal bacilli, only a few epithelial cells, a large number of white blood cells and miscellaneous bacteria. Degrees 1 and 2 are considered normal. Your degree 4 is considered to be vaginitis. I suggest you use some drugs such as metronidazole suppositories and oral gynecological capsules.
