After giving birth, women are prone to pelvic floor muscle relaxation, which is an important muscle that controls the female uterus, bladder and urethra. Therefore, relaxation of the pelvic floor muscles can cause great harm to women's bodies and even cause urinary incontinence. Currently, pelvic floor electromyography is an effective repair method. So how often should pelvic floor electromyography be performed under normal circumstances? Generally, postpartum recovery can be done 3-5 times a week, and it is best to do it every other day to help recovery. Pelvic floor electrotherapy is a commonly used method of postpartum repair. After a normal birth, the pelvic floor muscles will relax and need to be restored through electrical stimulation. During the treatment, the vagina and cervix may be stimulated, causing a small amount of vaginal bleeding. This is a normal phenomenon. As long as the amount of bleeding is not too much, pelvic floor electrotherapy can continue. If the bleeding is heavy, treatment may need to be suspended. Oral hemostatics are needed for treatment when necessary. In fact, it is very simple to repair the pelvic floor muscles. First, you need to lie flat on the floor, then bend your legs, put your left palm on your belly, and then do the inhale and exhale exercises. Then lift your head and shoulders from the floor, and move your right hand to the knee area near the thigh to tighten the abdomen and feel the condition of the wound. If the wound is three fingers wide or wider, you should postpone this action and start with thigh and pelvic exercises. If the wound is narrow, you can easily lift your head and shoulders and do it sixteen times, then you can do abdominal exercises. You can do less of this kind of exercise at the beginning, just two to three days a week, about fifteen minutes each time. After you become proficient in it, you can do it every day, and the time should be extended accordingly, about twenty minutes each time, doing some stretching, spreading and muscle adjustment exercises. In general, it is not difficult to repair the pelvic floor muscles. As long as you persist in doing the above exercises, the pelvic floor muscles will be repaired. |
