You can go to the hospital for a routine urine test and color Doppler ultrasound of the urinary system to make a clear diagnosis. If the hydronephrosis is caused by ureteral stones, the ureteral stones need to be treated in time, so that the hydronephrosis will be significantly improved. For ureteral stones, it is recommended to treat them through medication, extracorporeal lithotripsy or minimally invasive surgery. Different treatment methods are selected mainly based on the size and location of the stones.
