The temperature of a woman is always above 35 degrees

The normal body temperature of the human body is around 37 degrees, and it may fluctuate up and down, which is normal. However, some women's body temperature is always over 35 degrees, and their body temperature is below normal levels for a long time. They will definitely worry that there is something wrong with their body. Therefore, the cause of this situation has become what women are most concerned about. So, why is it that women’s body temperature is always over 35 degrees? Let’s take a look below.

The normal range of body temperature may be different for each person. Generally speaking, the armpit temperature of a normal adult is between 36 and 37 degrees Celsius. However, some people may have a low basal body temperature. Many people may have a slow basal metabolism, which makes them prone to low body temperature. Therefore, it is possible for women to have a body temperature below 36 degrees.

But generally speaking, it is okay if there is no obvious discomfort and it is acceptable. If you have been sick recently and sweat a lot, it may take away the heat in the body and cause a drop in body temperature. If the body temperature is low, it can generally recover gradually. In this case, you need to be careful not to catch cold, keep warm appropriately, drink more hot water as much as possible, and continue to observe. It is okay if there is no obvious discomfort.

Causes of hypothermia in women

Low body temperature will definitely affect blood circulation, so the skin starts to become dry and prone to acne, the hair starts to become dry and prone to hair loss, and the body is prone to water accumulation and swelling. Office ladies often experience stiff shoulders, back pain, and headaches, which are all related to the autonomic nervous system that regulates blood circulation.

Although having a cold body is just a physical problem and is not fatal, it may lead to a decrease in immunity and cause diseases such as asthma and nephritis.

Hypothermia in women is caused by hormonal imbalance, which causes abnormal vasoconstriction and dilation and decreased blood circulation function. When blood circulation cannot regulate body temperature normally, the human body begins to feel cold. In traditional Chinese medicine, this is called "disharmony of Qi and blood". Japanese medical research also believes that "the disease will first invade the cold parts of the body."

On the other hand, women are more prone to iron deficiency, and iron is an important material for the production of hemoglobin, which in turn has the important task of transporting oxygen throughout the body. Women's menstruation in particular leads to iron loss, so this period is more likely to cause a drop in body temperature, and in severe cases it may cause iron deficiency anemia.

There is a growing trend of young women suffering from cold hands and feet, cold body, and even too cold to sleep! When we conducted a questionnaire survey among women in their 20s, we found that as many as 70-80% of them suffered from body coldness. Modern people are under great pressure, and staying in air-conditioned rooms for long periods of time can easily lead to problems such as autonomic nervous system disorders and poor blood circulation, which is why so many women suffer from cold body syndrome.
