When pregnant women are taking care of their fetus, it is best to pay attention to their daily diet and eat more foods containing protein and vitamins to supplement the nutrients needed during pregnancy. You can reduce the amount of exercise appropriately, rest in bed more, avoid staying up late during the pregnancy period, and ensure adequate sleep every day, so as to promote the increase of progesterone levels. The intensity of exercise can only be increased moderately until the baby's development is stable.
