Female urethral bleeding and pain

Female urethral bleeding and pain

In today's life, women have to take care of the family and children, and are busy with work. When facing various pressures and burdens, when women are busy, they don’t even have time to drink water. Being in this state for a long time will often have a certain impact on women’s physical health. Therefore, many women now suffer from urethra-related diseases, which cause distress to women both physically and mentally.

Common causes of urethral bleeding and pain in women include:

1. Urinary tract infection. Severe infection may cause this symptom.

2. Urethral caruncle often occurs in middle-aged and elderly people and is caused by low estrogen levels.

3. Urinary stones are discharged through the urethra or become lodged in the urethra. The stones scratch the urethral mucosa, causing urethral bleeding and pain.

4. Urethral cancer. The urethral mucosa is brittle and this symptom occurs.

5. Mid- to late-stage cervical cancer invades the urethra, causing urethral bleeding and pain, and even difficulty urinating and urine retention.

How to care for female urethritis

Drink more water.

Drinking more water can promote metabolism and increase the frequency of urination, which can effectively flush out the bacteria in the urethra. The daily water intake should be more than 1500ml, and urinating every two or three hours can speed up the excretion of bacteria. However, if you have edema, or if you need to control your water intake every day, you should pay attention to drinking enough water. Many people often hold their urine due to the nature of their work. However, if you hold your urine frequently, toxins will accumulate in the body and breed bacteria, which is very harmful to your health.

Maintain a regular schedule.

Staying up late is a common occurrence for people nowadays. Staying up late for a long time and lack of sleep can easily lead to a decrease in immunity, and some bacteria and viruses will take advantage of the opportunity to invade. Therefore, if you want to avoid physical problems, you must maintain a regular schedule, ensure adequate sleep, avoid staying up late, release stress in a timely manner, and combine work and rest.

Maintain personal hygiene.

When women are menstruating, they must pay attention to personal hygiene and change sanitary napkins frequently. If they are in a humid environment, it is easy for bacteria to breed, causing harm to the body. There are many kinds of underwear sold on the market now, made of various materials, but it is recommended that women choose cotton underwear with good breathability, change and wash them frequently, and avoid wearing tight pants. When taking a bath, it is best to choose a shower rather than a sitz bath, and dry your body after taking a bath before putting on clothes.
