Contraception has always been an eternal topic. Some couples who choose long-term contraception will use the IUD method. This method requires the IUD to be inserted into the uterine cavity through surgery. When the IUD is abnormal or placed in the wrong position, it is easy to stimulate the uterus. Generally, patients with uterine fibroids will experience typical symptoms such as uterine bleeding, increased leucorrhea, abdominal mass and compression symptoms. Few patients experience low back pain. However, when uterine fibroids continue to grow and compress the nerves or cancer cells invade the connective tissue of the pelvic cavity, it can cause low back pain.
