1. Abnormal IUD

Contraception has always been an eternal topic. Some couples who choose long-term contraception will use the IUD method. This method requires the IUD to be inserted into the uterine cavity through surgery. When the IUD is abnormal or placed in the wrong position, it is easy to stimulate the uterus. Long-term stimulation of the uterus will reflexively cause lumbar and sacral pain, and eventually cause low back pain.

Uterine fibroids are a benign tumor. Generally, patients with uterine fibroids will experience typical symptoms such as uterine bleeding, increased leucorrhea, abdominal mass and compression symptoms. Few patients experience low back pain. However, when uterine fibroids continue to grow and compress the nerves or cancer cells invade the connective tissue of the pelvic cavity, it can cause low back pain.

4. Abnormal uterine position

Nowadays, due to the lack of self-protection awareness among women, frequent abortions, multiple births, etc. are prone to occur, or the impact of uterine surgery can cause damage to the uterus, resulting in retroflexion or retroversion of the uterus, and inflammatory diseases of the uterus. Patients with severe symptoms may suffer from tractional lumbar pain.
