Chinese patent medicine: Take Zhidaijing tablets twice a day, 4.5 grams each time, and swallow.

2. Liver meridian stagnation and heat type

Liver depression turns into heat, and the accumulated heat turns into worms. Clinical manifestations: Itching of the genitals, discharge with pus or blood, fishy odor, bitter taste and dry mouth, yellow tongue coating, and stringy and rapid pulse.

Treatment medication:

It can relieve liver and clear away heat, kill insects and relieve itching.

Prescription: Longdan Xiegan Decoction with modifications.

A simple recipe for trichomoniasis vaginitis

1. The recipe for itching: 30 grams of Chen Heshi, 15 grams of Sophora flavescens, 15 grams of Cheng Lingxian, 15 grams of Guiwei, 15 grams of Cnidium monnieri, and 15 grams of Wolfsbane. Boil them in water and use it for fumigation and sitting bath, or use a douche to rinse the vagina. It has the effect of killing trichomonas and relieving vaginal itching.

2. Add or subtract 15 grams of Cnidium monnieri, 12 grams of Poria cocos, 9 grams of Phellodendron chinense, and 10 grams of Sophora flavescens to Cnidium monnieri powder. Decoction in water for sitz bath or vaginal douching.

Note:

1. External medications, vaginal douching or sitz baths are prohibited during menstruation.
