Specific medicine for female urinary tract infection

Female friends must receive thorough treatment after urinary tract infection. Once diagnosed, sufficient medication must be used. Do not take it lightly, otherwise the urinary tract infection will develop into a gynecological disease and may also cause vaginal infection. If this is the case, treatment will become more difficult, and you should find the cause of the disease as soon as possible.

(1) Thorough treatment: Patients who have been diagnosed with urinary tract infection must take adequate medication over a sufficient course of treatment and should not take the disease lightly. If treatment is discontinued or medication is stopped prematurely, the disease may become chronic and not healed. Generally, after the symptoms disappear completely and the urine test returns to normal, the medication should be continued for 3-5 days. After stopping the medication, the urine should be checked once a week. Only when no abnormalities are found for more than 3 consecutive times can it be considered basically cured.

(2) Find the cause of chronic disease: Chronic patients should find out the reasons for prolonged illness, such as whether there is urinary tract obstruction or other infectious diseases, especially infectious diseases at the urethral opening; whether there are chronic wasting diseases that reduce the body's resistance, such as diabetes, liver disease, tumors, tuberculosis, other kidney diseases, etc.; whether they have been taking immunosuppressive drugs such as prednisone, Kunming begonia, penicillamine and anti-tumor drugs in recent time; whether they have violated the doctor's advice and used the medicine irregularly, etc. Then carry out targeted prevention and treatment and strive for a speedy recovery.

(3) Long-term follow-up observation: The complete cure of chronic urinary tract infection is a long-term process and should be followed up and observed. If symptoms reappear within 6-9 weeks after stopping the medication, it should be regarded as reinfection or recurrence of the original disease, and the medication should be continued for about another half a year. Urine should still be checked monthly for six months after stopping the medication. If there are signs of recurrence, seek immediate treatment to prevent the disease from evolving into uremia.

The movement and stillness are appropriate. Strengthening physical exercise and improving physical fitness are important aspects of preventing urinary tract infections. Once infected, you should stay in bed during the acute phase with fever and abnormal urine test results. During the recovery period, you should participate in moderate physical activities to avoid physical weakness and prolonged recovery. The type of activity may vary from person to person, but it should not be too tiring.

(1) Boil or soak plantain, calamus, honeysuckle, wormwood, and Imperata root in water and drink it as tea.

(2) Take 9 grams of loofah seeds, dry them, grind them into powder, and take them with rice wine, once a day or divided into two doses.

(3) Boil the green bean skin or green bean and drink the juice

(4) Add 60g of honeysuckle to 120g of sugar and boil together. Drink it frequently. Or take 120 grams of golden vine, decocted in water and taken orally.

(4) Take 15g of thistle and 15g of Malan root, decocted in water and taken orally.
