DHEA can treat premature ovarian failure

The Dhea treatment method can also treat premature ovarian failure, which has become a gynecological disease that female friends are more likely to suffer from. The reason is endocrine disorders or aging. Therefore, female friends should balance the hormones in their bodies. They can supplement some estrogen during the treatment process to maintain body functions.

50% of DHEA is secreted by the zona reticularis of the adrenal cortex, 20% is secreted by the ovaries, and 30% is converted from peripheral DHEAS. 6 to 8 mg is produced in the body every day, and the blood concentration is 3 to 35 nmol/L. Its level decreases with age. DHEA is an important substance for the synthesis of androstenedione, testosterone and estradiol. The level of DHEA affects the levels of these hormones.

As a multi-directional "hormone buffer", DHEA can bidirectionally regulate hormone secretion in women, balance the levels of androgens and estrogens in the body, improve the ovarian microenvironment of infertile women, rejuvenate their functions, and then improve the quality of eggs and embryos, scientifically and effectively increase pregnancy rates, and reduce miscarriage rates. Among various infertility factors, female ovulation disorders account for 25%. Whether ovulation can be successfully induced becomes the key to correcting this disorder. DHEA can induce ovulation and increase the success rate of conception. In addition, the number of recruitable follicles remaining in the ovaries decreases and the quality of follicular cells declines, leading to decreased female fertility and sex hormone deficiency. Clinical studies have shown that DHEA can increase ovulation rates and improve pregnancy rates. [1]

According to a survey, among fertility doctors engaged in in vitro fertilization (IVF) from 45 countries, more than a quarter (25.8%) of doctors said they would use DHEA as an auxiliary treatment for IVF. DHEA supplementation reduces miscarriage rates in all age groups, especially in women over 35 years of age. This may be because DHEA supplementation can reduce the probability of chromosomal aneuploidy in embryos, thereby reducing early recurrent miscarriage caused by chromosomal abnormalities.

In addition, studies have shown that the role of DHEA is not limited to steroid hormone precursors, but can also improve depression and other negative emotions and cognitive dysfunction in perimenopausal women; regulate and stabilize the body's immunity; increase bone density and prevent osteoporosis; resist bacteria and viruses, delay the aging of the ovaries and the body; stimulate the proliferation of vascular endothelial cells and also have a protective effect on the cardiovascular system.
