Is it easy to cure cervical erosion of degree 3?

Is cervical erosion of degree 3 easy to treat? Patients with degree 3 disease will ask this question, and a few healthy people will also ask this question. In fact, the treatment of degree 3 disease is complicated, but as long as the patient persists in the treatment, it is easy to treat. After treatment, it is necessary to observe changes in the cervix, conduct regular follow-up examinations, and take disease prevention measures to prevent recurrence of the disease. The following is an introduction to the treatment of the disease at degree 3.

Currently, the methods for treating third degree cervical erosion are mostly vaginal medication and physical methods. Early mild cervical erosion can be treated with drugs. There are many kinds of drugs for treating cervical erosion, and they all have certain effects. Patients can go to the hospital and take drugs under the guidance of a doctor. Physical therapy is more common for third-degree cervical erosion. Physical therapy is currently the most effective and shortest treatment method for third-degree cervical erosion. It is suitable for cases with larger erosion areas and deeper inflammatory infiltration. Commonly used methods include electric ironing, laser therapy or cryotherapy. The basic principle is to use physical factors to cause necrosis and shedding of inflammatory tissue, and then regrow squamous epithelial tissue. However, some methods may form scars at the cervical opening, which is not conducive to postoperative delivery.

BBT Treatment:

BBT treatment for cervical erosion is an innovative technology that uses domestically advanced radiofrequency thermocoagulation to treat moderate to severe cervical erosion. Under the dynamic observation and guidance of B-ultrasound, the radiofrequency treatment source is introduced into the local lesions of the cervix through the natural cavities such as the vagina and cervix through a self-coagulating probe, emitting energy to produce a biological hyperthermia effect in the local lesion tissue, and then causing the cervical erosion tissue to coagulate, degenerate and necrotize, and finally be absorbed by normal tissue or automatically discharged. BBT treatment for cervical erosion is specifically used to treat moderate to severe cervicitis (cervical erosion). The treatment is painless, with little bleeding and no damage to normal cervical tissue.

Ironing therapy:

By utilizing the thermal effect, the local temperature reaches 100 degrees Celsius, causing the local lesions to coagulate, necrotize, scab, and fall off for repair. It is suitable for patients with deeper erosion and larger erosion area. After treatment, vaginal discharge, sometimes purulent, will occur until the wound is completely healed, which takes about 6 weeks.

Cryotherapy:

Use refrigerants to quickly generate low temperatures to destroy cells and tissues to treat cervical erosion. One treatment is completed after 3 minutes of cooling, 5 minutes of rewarming, and 3 minutes of natural rewarming. After freezing, edema quickly occurs on the surface of the cervix, and watery substances begin to flow out after 4 to 6 hours. The amount gradually increases, reaching a peak in 3 to 4 days. After 7 to 10 days, the eroded tissue on the surface of the cervix forms a layer of membranous scab, which gradually falls off, and the wound slowly heals. Mild erosion can heal in 4 to 6 weeks. Severe erosion can be cured in 6 to 8 weeks.

Laser treatment:

Use of carbon dioxide laser to treat erosions. The eroded surface tissue is carbonized, scabs are formed, and after the scabs fall off, the wound surface is covered by new epithelium, with a high cure rate. The methods of using carbon dioxide laser are irradiation (average power density is 1w/cm2), burning (1~10 w/cm2), gasification (102~104 w/cm2) and cutting (>104 w/cm2). During laser treatment, care should be taken not to penetrate too deep into the cervical canal to avoid cervical adhesions. After treatment, vaginal discharge, sometimes purulent, will occur until the wound is completely healed, which takes about 6 weeks.

Cervical erosion of degree 3 can also be treated. Whether it is easy to treat depends on the patient's acceptance. After the patient is examined at degree 3, he or she must control his or her emotions to avoid being affected by the disease and becoming negative. The treatment at this time is mostly physical therapy. During the treatment, you must carefully choose the physical method that suits you to avoid the disease being affected again. At the same time, you must adjust and relax yourself and follow the doctor's arrangements to treat the disease.
