Abdominal pain after ovulation means you are pregnant

Abdominal pain after ovulation means you are pregnant

Women will experience abdominal pain during their ovulation period. If they have sex during their ovulation period and do not take safety measures, they may become pregnant. However, you cannot judge pregnancy by abdominal pain after ovulation. This is unscientific. It is best to judge by the arrival of menstruation. Amenorrhea is a symptom of pregnancy. Women should take relevant protective measures when they are pregnant and should be aware of their menstrual cycles.

Having sex during ovulation does not rule out the possibility of pregnancy, but you cannot judge whether you are pregnant based on this symptom. You can wait until your period is delayed and then go to the hospital for a relevant examination.

Belly distension after ovulation is not a symptom of pregnancy. If your regular menstrual cycle is 28 days, then ovulation should be around the 14th day before your next menstrual period. After the ovulatory follicle matures, the egg and follicular fluid break through the follicle wall and are discharged into the abdominal cavity. The follicular fluid contains prostaglandins that stimulate the peritoneum and cause lower abdominal distension symptoms, also known as ovulation pain. Ovulation pain is not a symptom of pregnancy.

Therefore, there is no need to treat abdominal distension after ovulation. Just pay attention to cleanliness and avoid cold and spicy stimulation.

If you have sex during ovulation, which usually occurs 40 days after menstruation, a positive urine pregnancy test indicates pregnancy. You may experience pregnancy reactions such as nausea and vomiting, lower abdominal pain and discomfort, and frequent urination.

How do you know you've ovulated?

A woman can only become pregnant if sperm and egg successfully combine, and conception is most likely during ovulation. Now let’s talk about how women know when they are ovulating.

1. When women ovulate, they will show some different behaviors than usual. The first is a decrease in appetite. Studies have shown that women's food intake during ovulation is significantly lower than usual. From a biological point of view, this is a human instinct. During ovulation, women will focus on fertility. Moreover, during this period, women's energy and sexual desire are also the strongest, which is a manifestation of the female body's desire to become pregnant.

2. After ovulation, the secretion of progesterone in the body will cause the body temperature of women to rise. If women measure their body temperature every morning, they can judge whether they have ovulated based on the changes in body temperature.

3. During ovulation, women's vaginal mucus will be very thin, which can make it easier for sperm to find the egg, but this will also reduce women's resistance.

Women usually experience the above symptoms during ovulation. As long as female friends pay attention to changes in their bodies, they can determine whether they have ovulated.
