What are the signs of an induced labor?

Pregnancy itself is hard, and no one wants to induce labor. However, some pregnant mothers have to induce labor due to their own physical reasons or problems with the fetus itself. Induced labor is very harmful to women's health. After induced labor, you need to take good care of your health. Induced labor is actually similar to giving birth. When induced labor is performed, what are the symptoms of imminent birth?

Signs of premature labor

First of all, when induced labor is about to begin, the pregnant woman’s belly will feel like it is falling. At this time, the pregnant mother will suddenly feel that her breathing has become smoother, and the chest tightness symptoms that appeared in the late pregnancy have been alleviated to a certain extent, but at the same time, you will feel that your pelvis is under some kind of pressure, and these are the initial signs of induced labor.

Secondly, the mother’s uterine contractions will become more and more severe. When you are about to give birth, you will feel the contractions becoming more frequent and stronger, which means that the cervix is ready for delivery. As time goes by, the pain of contractions will become more and more obvious. When this situation lasts longer and more intense, it means that you are about to give birth.

Third, vaginal examination. In the weeks leading up to labor, your cervix softens and thins, and perhaps even dilates slightly, all in preparation for actual labor. If you are already due, your doctor may do a vaginal exam during your prenatal visit to see if your cervix has begun to change.

Finally, spotting and water breaking are clear signs that labor is imminent. Spotting usually occurs 24 hours before actual delivery and is usually dark red or brown in color. It is a relatively reliable sign that delivery is about to begin. Bloody show is actually a small amount of thick mucus discharged from the vagina. This mucus may contain blood (may be brown, pink or red), so it is called "bloody show". Spotting, like increased uterine contractions, is a sign of labor that is easier to identify.

Timing of abortion surgery

1. Generally, the operation only takes about thirty minutes to complete. With the advancement of medical technology, most hospitals will use painless technology to perform surgery, so patients can complete the operation without feeling any pain during the operation.

2. The time of operation is also related to the method of surgery and the patient's physical condition. If complications occur during the operation, they need to be controlled in a timely manner to avoid more serious consequences for the pregnant woman, which may take more time.

3. After the operation, the patient needs to stay in the hospital for observation for two or three days. If no abnormalities are found in the uterus and there is no other infection or inflammation, the patient can be discharged from the hospital. So the operation takes about three or four days.
