Is breast nodule grade 2 serious?

I believe that female friends are no strangers to breast nodules, because breast nodules have become an increasingly common breast disease. It’s just that every woman’s physical condition is different, so the severity of breast nodules will also vary. From a clinical medicine perspective, breast nodules also have many different pathological types. So if a female patient has a grade 2 breast nodule, is it serious?

How are breast nodules graded? Clinically, they are differentiated according to the severity of the patient's condition:

Level 0: Certain changes require comparison with previous imaging data or further evaluation with other imaging examinations. It may be a pre-existing benign change, such as asymmetric changes in the bilateral breast glands.

Level 1: Negative. Breast imaging examinations show that the breast structure is clear and can be confidently judged as normal or normal. Common and multiple breast hyperplasia in women belongs to this category.

Grade 2: Benign lesions. Regular follow-up (eg, once a year) is recommended. It includes definite benign breast masses, such as lipomas, simple cysts, definite benign calcifications, breast nodules that have no obvious changes after multiple examinations, breast prostheses that have changed after surgery and have no obvious changes after multiple examinations, etc.

Level 3: It may be a benign lesion. Experts recommend short-term follow-up (such as once every 3 to 6 months). The chance of malignancy is less than 2%. Refers to a solid oval mass with no signs of malignancy, such as breast fibroids.

Level 4: Malignant lesions are considered possible and biopsy is required for confirmation. Grade 4 is further divided into three grades: a, b, and c. The risk of malignancy gradually increases, ranging from approximately 3% to 94%.

Is grade two breast nodule serious? From the above classification, we can see that grade two breast nodule is still benign and can be cured through conditioning treatment.

So what is the best way to treat secondary breast nodules?

1. Decompression and relief:

If the bloating and pain is related to the menstrual cycle, the patient must learn to relieve stress on his or her own. Maintaining a happy mood and diverting attention are effective methods. Friends who have just started to experience abnormal symptoms of breast nodules can use a hot towel to apply heat, so that the pain symptoms can be relieved!

2. Unblocking treatment:

The main cause of breast disease is breast lumps caused by long-term congestion and obstruction of the breast, which can lead to a series of breast pain and tingling. Therefore, only by unblocking the mammary glands from the root, softening and dispersing the nodules, improving the blood circulation of the breasts, and making the blood flow of breast tissue smooth, can the breast nodules, lumps and pain be completely eliminated.
