Is acupuncture effective in curing breast hyperplasia?

There are many treatments for breast hyperplasia, one of which is surgery. However, many patients do not need surgery yet. For example, they can take Western medicine treatment. In addition, there are many kinds of Chinese medicine that can help treat breast hyperplasia. In addition to Chinese medicine treatment, acupoint therapy, a traditional treatment method, is also effective for breast hyperplasia, so you can go to a regular institution for acupoint treatment.

Acupuncture points to treat breast hyperplasia:

To prevent and treat breast hyperplasia, in addition to clearing the channels on the feet, the channels on the chest also need to be cleared, with the first choice being the Tanzhong point (the midpoint of the line connecting the two nipples). You can use your thumb to rotate and massage the Tanzhong point. The specific operation can be carried out according to personal habits. The next step is to massage the lump area, either by pressing or acupressure. If you persist every day, you will get good results.

Traditional Chinese medicine believes that breast hyperplasia is mainly caused by poor blood circulation, and is closely related to women's psychology, living and eating habits. By massaging the acupoints of the liver and gallbladder meridians, the body's stagnation can be eliminated, and the smooth flow of qi and blood can be promoted, breast hyperplasia can be improved and eradicated during massage.

The acupoints for massage include Yuanxie, Zhejin, Sanyinjiao and Taichong. Among them, Yuanxie and Zhejin are the key points of the Gallbladder Meridian. When massaging, use your thumb to gently push from Yuanxie to Zhejin. This area is located diagonally above the breast and is more sensitive. You may feel some soreness at the beginning, which shows that the meridian is blocked here. Push gently 81 times, and then use the four fingers outside the thumb to gently rub the area between the two points. The technique can be gentler. Sanyinjiao is very useful for women, and Taichong is the original acupoint of the liver meridian. These two acupoints are very beneficial for dredging the meridians. When massaging, press each acupoint 180 times until you feel soreness and numbness. If you have time, rub your ribs again to further promote the treatment effect.

If it is mild hyperplasia that does not last long, you can usually feel the hyperplasia reduced or the pain disappear on the day of massage. The hyperplasia will be completely eliminated in one to half a month. If the hyperplasia is severe and lasts too long, you need to persist in massaging for a period of time and pay attention to adjusting your diet and psychology. Comprehensive treatment will definitely achieve the desired effect.

Acupoints related to breast hyperplasia:

1. Tanzhong Point: Located at the midpoint of the line connecting the two nipples, it belongs to the Ren Meridian and is the Mu point of the pericardium. This acupoint is located in the thymus. The triple energizer is connected to the thymus and can participate in the body's cellular immunity. It is one of the manifestations of Wei Qi. Regularly massaging the Tanzhong point can help to expand the chest and regulate qi, promote blood circulation and dredge the meridians, clear the lungs and stop wheezing, and relax the mind. It can prevent heart disease, prevent breast diseases, and has a certain breast enhancement effect.

2. Rugen Point: This point is located on the chest, directly below the nipple, at the base of the breast, in the 5th intercostal space. The name of the acupoint means that this acupoint is the foundation for the development and fullness of the breast. It supports the muscle material above the breast and is the foundation for the solidification of the breast muscles. Regularly pressing this point can help relieve breast swelling and breast pain.

3. Kufang Point: Located on the chest, directly above the nipple, in the first intercostal space, 4 inches away from the anterior midline. Regularly pressing this point can prevent and treat respiratory diseases such as cough, asthma, coughing up pus and blood, and can also relieve chest and rib pain, and prevent and treat breast diseases. In addition, Kufang and Rugen are two important acupoints for regulating breast muscles. If the flat and small breasts or sagging breasts are simply caused by insufficient stomach qi, using these two acupoints for breast augmentation treatment will be very effective.

4. Qimen: This point is located on the chest, directly below the nipple, in the 6th intercostal space. It is the gathering point of the liver meridian. Regularly pressing this point can soothe the liver and gallbladder, relieve depression and open the chest, and prevent and treat mastitis.

For patients suffering from breast hyperplasia, if they can persist in massage every day, generally after 2 to 3 months, the symptoms of breast hyperplasia can be improved, and the lumps will become smaller and even disappear.
