The harm of drinking milk tea for girls

Many female friends love to drink milk tea. If they don’t drink milk tea for a day, they will feel very uncomfortable. However, some ingredients in milk tea will still be harmful to the body if consumed too much. The most important thing is that drinking too much milk tea will produce a lot of fat and calories, which will cause some female friends to become obese and have no way to lose weight.

In the pastoral areas of Tibet, herders make milk tea using natural milk and tea. Milk is rich in protein, fat and other high-quality nutrients. Tea contains more than 300 chemical ingredients that are beneficial to humans, including caffeine, multiple vitamins (VC, VP, niacin, folic acid, etc.), tannic acid, theanine, essential oils, amino acids, sugars, various minerals and chlorophyll. Milk tea made from natural milk and black tea can remove greasiness, aid digestion, improve thinking and refresh the mind. However, the milk tea sold in the market generally does not contain milk and tea ingredients, which will only cause harm to health.

First crush the tea leaves and boil them in a pot of water. After the tea water has boiled and becomes thick, scoop out the tea leaves with a colander and continue to boil it for a while, stirring the tea water with a spoon while boiling. After it has become concentrated, add an appropriate amount of fresh milk or milk powder, stirring with a spoon until the tea and milk are blended. Bring the water to a boil again and it will become a rich and fragrant milk tea.

Method of making milk tea: 1. Fry the millet (it will bloom like popcorn); 2. Make brick tea (red); 3. Take out the tea leaves (keep only the soup but not the leaves) or pour out the tea. This way the tea does not have any tea leaves residue and is very clean; 4. Pour in the fried millet, boil for 2 minutes, then pour in pure milk (not bagged milk, which is not tasty); 5. Boil for another 4 minutes, add a small amount of salt; 6. You can also add butter (a small amount is optional); 7. You can taste it.

3. Add granulated sugar into the cup.

4. Pour in the brewed black tea and stir well.

5. Heat the milk until warm, pour it into the tea and stir well.

6. Place a fine-mesh strainer over the cup.

7. Pour in milk tea.

8. Pour the filtered milk tea into a cup and drink.

The amount of black tea, milk and sugar can be adjusted according to personal taste.
