How to deal with a woman with a bad temper

In life, we often encounter women with bad tempers and irritability. There are many reasons for women to have this phenomenon, such as venting their emotions, menstrual pain, and excessive vanity, etc. Of course, factors related to diseases are not ruled out. Bad temper and irritability have a great impact on women's bodies and may even cause endocrine disorders. So what should women do if they are irritable?

First, what should we do if a woman has a bad temper? Diet adjustment. Eat less high-sugar foods. Eating sweets frequently will cause the body to consume a lot of vitamin B1. Once the body lacks vitamin B1, metabolites such as pyruvate and lactic acid will accumulate in the body, thereby stimulating the nerves and causing emotional instability and restlessness. Therefore, menopausal women should reduce their sugar intake.

Second, psychological suggestion. Self-suggestion can be divided into positive and negative. When you are in a bad mood and want to get angry, it is best to let your reason take the lead. You can give yourself a suggestion and say to yourself: Don’t be angry, it’s not worth getting angry, getting angry is stupid and it won’t solve any problems. You can also give yourself an order when you are about to get angry: Don't get angry! Hold on for one minute! You've held on for one minute, good job, hold on for another three minutes! You've held on for two minutes, I'm beginning to be able to control myself, so you might as well hold on for another minute. Three minutes have passed, why not persist a little longer?

Third, take a break immediately. Sufficient sleep time can definitely control a person's physical and mental state as well as psychological and spiritual state. If you suffer from insomnia and cannot sleep well at night, you will definitely feel weak and irritable when you go to work the next day. Even your colleagues around you will be infected by you and become in a bad mood. If you are angry, it is a good idea to just go to sleep. Not only can you get some rest, but you can also avoid saying hurtful things to others.

What should women do if they have a bad temper? Let go through exercise. When you are in a bad mood, exercise is a good way to vent. Put aside those unpleasant things temporarily, find time to go out for exercise, and you will feel much more relaxed after sweating. You can go out and play ball, or go running or taking a walk. During exercise, let the bad emotions be discharged with sweat and relax yourself.
