Brown liquid flowing from below

Brown liquid flowing from below

Whether during ovulation or menstruation, women's lower body will produce secretions, but the forms of the secretions produced in the two periods will be different. If a woman finds yellowish-brown fluid in her lower body during the non-menstrual period, she should pay attention to it, because this yellowish-brown fluid may be a symptom caused by a lesion inside the uterus. So what is the reason for the yellow-brown liquid flowing out from women's lower body?

It's ovulation bleeding.

Clinical manifestations of ovulation bleeding:

Ovulation bleeding, also known as mid-menstrual bleeding, refers to a small amount of bleeding between two normal menstrual periods, which may be accompanied by varying degrees of lower abdominal pain. Clinical manifestations are as follows:

1. Uterine bleeding. During the menstrual cycle with ovulation, ovulation uterine bleeding occurs. The amount of bleeding is small, and some are only brown secretions. It usually stops on its own in 2-3 days, and the longest time is 7 days.

2. Abdominal pain. Cyclic intermenstrual pain can be mild or severe and usually lasts for several hours, but in some patients it may last for 2-3 days.

3. Infertility. It may be caused by stopping sexual life due to ovulation bleeding, thus missing the opportunity of conception. Note: Generally there are no obvious positive signs. The diagnosis can be confirmed by diagnostic curettage, basal body temperature measurement (basal body temperature is biphasic, and bleeding occurs when low and high temperatures change), and laparoscopy. If the symptoms are mild, no treatment is needed. If the bleeding is heavy or affects fertility, medication can be used for treatment.

Prevention and health care of ovulation bleeding:

1. Understand and master menstrual physiology and hygiene knowledge, and pay attention to menstrual health care and hygiene.

2. During the bleeding period, you should avoid excessive fatigue and get more rest; keep the local area clean to prevent infection; apply hot compresses to the abdomen when abdominal pain is severe; and keep your emotions stable. Strengthen physical exercise on a regular basis to improve your physical fitness.

3. Before and after ovulation (usually between two menstrual periods, when the basal body temperature rises), you should avoid eating irritating foods such as spicy, hot, and dry foods to avoid increased bleeding and prolonged bleeding.
