Leucorrhea inspection cleanliness 3

Leucorrhea inspection cleanliness 3

If a woman suspects that there is something wrong with her leucorrhea, she can go to the hospital to have a leucorrhea cleanliness check. Because if a woman's vaginal inflammation can be reflected in her leucorrhea, checking the cleanliness of the leucorrhea can effectively detect whether there is vaginal inflammation in the vagina. However, the conditions of the bacteria that infect leucorrhea are different, so the types of leucorrhea cleanliness are also different. So what does leucorrhea cleanliness level 3 mean?

The cleanliness level of leucorrhea is 3, which indicates mild vaginitis. Leucorrhea cleanliness inspection is one of the leucorrhea routine inspection items. The vaginal cleanliness is determined by observing a smear of vaginal secretions under a microscope and counting the number of vaginal bacilli, white blood cells and miscellaneous bacteria.

Vaginal cleanliness is divided into 4 degrees: 1st and 2nd degrees are normal vaginal secretions; 3rd and 4th degrees are abnormal vaginal secretions. The current cleanliness level of 3 means that a small amount of vaginal lactobacilli and squamous epithelium can be seen under the microscope. It contains a relatively large number of miscellaneous bacteria and white blood cells. It is an abnormal vaginal discharge, but the degree is still relatively mild. If there are obvious clinical symptoms, active anti-inflammatory treatment is also needed.

What are the three degrees of routine cleanliness of leucorrhea?

During routine vaginal examinations, the cleanliness level can be divided into four levels by examining vaginal bacilli, cocci, epithelial cells and white blood cells. When the vaginal cleanliness level is one to two, it is normal. If it is three to four, there may be vaginal inflammation, which is often caused by fungi, pathogens and Trichomonas. Microscopic observation is needed to determine whether a woman is infected with Trichomonas or fungi.
