75 days of pregnancy abdominal feeling

During pregnancy, women will have certain feelings, and pregnant women will have different reactions at different times. Generally speaking, at 75 days of pregnancy, which is two months of pregnancy, the pregnant woman generally does not have any abdominal reaction because the baby has not yet fully developed. When the baby is more than two months old, pregnant women must also take good care of their own health!

1. Baby development

The fetus' bones and muscles grow very rapidly, and the fetus's body proportions are becoming increasingly close to those of a newborn. The fetus's skin becomes thicker and less transparent.

2. Daily prenatal education

In the book "Secrets of Infant Care: Fetal Nourishment to Preserve Its Birth" by Wan Quan of the Ming Dynasty, it is said: When the baby is in the mother's womb, it is nourished by the Qi of the mother's five internal organs. If one of the organs is injured, the Qi of that organ will be deprived of nourishment. For example, wind hurts the liver, heat hurts the heart and lungs, dampness hurts the spleen, and cold hurts the kidneys. These are the four elements of heaven that hurt. Too much sourness hurts the liver, too much bitterness hurts the heart, too much sweetness hurts the spleen, too much spiciness hurts the lungs, and too much saltiness hurts the kidneys. These are the five flavors of the earth. Anger hurts the liver, joy hurts the heart, thinking hurts the spleen, worry hurts the lungs, and fear hurts the kidneys. These are the seven emotions of man. Therefore, one should avoid wind, cold, heat and dampness, control the intake of the five flavors, and avoid the seven emotions. These are all ways to nourish the fetus. As for those who should not climb high places, do not approach dangerous places, do not stay alone in dark rooms, do not enter temples or shrines, do not indulge in rich and sweet food, do not eat melons and fruits, and do not go to places that violate the prohibitions, those who protect and assist each have their own ways. If one is not good at having heirs, or is too arrogant, he will surely suffer disaster.

3. Health Care for Expectant Mothers

According to statistics, the incidence of pregnancy gingivitis is 50%. Its clinical manifestation is inflammation of the gums in the entire mouth. Pregnancy gingivitis usually appears 2 to 4 months after pregnancy and gradually disappears after delivery. Gingivitis may occur before pregnancy, and the symptoms may be aggravated during pregnancy. Women who suffer from pregnancy gingivitis should go to the hospital for diagnosis and treatment in time. During pregnancy, you should combine work and rest and have a regular daily routine. In daily life, you should try to relax your abdomen and avoid actions that increase abdominal pressure, because abdominal tension, increased abdominal pressure and vibration of the body can easily lead to miscarriage. Such as going up and down stairs, carrying heavy objects, reaching high to take things; standing for long periods of time, wearing high heels or walking more than 3 kilometers; straining to defecate, severe coughing, rough sexual intercourse, strenuous exercise and dancing, etc.
