01Aflatoxin

Aflatoxin is 68 times more toxic than arsenic ! And it is really very common in our daily life!

Many families basically use wooden chopsticks and cutting boards, which do not grow aflatoxin themselves, but food residues can easily seep into the gaps, causing mold over time and leading to the appearance of aflatoxin in the wooden tableware.

02Nitrosamines

The higher the temperature, the closer the food is to the fire, and the higher the fat content of the meat, the more benzopyrene there will be.

04Formaldehyde
