Delayed menstruation, body aches, back pain

Although menstruation is a physiological phenomenon caused by the periodic shedding of the endometrium, not all women have regular menstruation. I believe that most women have experienced delayed menstruation. There are many reasons for delayed menstruation, the most important of which is the incomplete secretion of estrogen in the female body. Why do you experience body aches and pains during delayed menstruation?

Generally, a one-week delay in menstruation is normal. However, if it is delayed for more than a week, for women with sexual experience, pregnancy should be ruled out first. If the menstruation is normal, you can use an early pregnancy test strip 7 days after the menstruation stops. It is best to choose morning urine because the HCG concentration in morning urine is higher. If two red bars appear in the observation area, it indicates pregnancy.

Suggestions: If pregnancy is ruled out, it may be caused by irregular menstruation. Endocrine disorders, mental factors, gynecological inflammation (cervicitis, cervical erosion, endometritis, etc.), and taking emergency contraceptive pills can all cause menstrual disorders.

Menstruation is always accompanied by more or less discomfort, and back pain is one of the symptoms. Low back pain during menstruation is caused not only by mental stress, fatigue, and improper diet, but also by poor menstrual blood discharge and spasmodic contractions of the uterus. How to get rid of this devil of back pain? Here are some tips.

1. Use your hands to rub your waist from top to bottom. Do not use too much force, just rub gently. Never hit your back with your hands. During this special period, girls are already weak, and hitting hard will not only have no effect, but will lead to increased pelvic congestion, faster blood flow, increased menstrual volume, prolonged menstruation, and more severe back pain.

2. You can use a hot water bottle to apply heat to your lower abdomen, which can prevent your lower abdomen from getting cold to a certain extent, promote blood circulation, and reduce the chance of lower back and abdominal pain.

3. Soak your feet in warm water for at least 20 minutes every day and place a hot water bottle filled with hot water on your waist to relieve pain.

4. Get enough sleep and try not to do strenuous exercise, especially avoid putting pressure on the abdominal cavity or lifting the legs too high. Just do some gentle and relaxing exercises.

5. Keep your waist warm, avoid excessive cold and strong stimulation, and avoid eating raw, cold food.
