Can abortion be detected in one go?

In our lives, there are many women who have no confidence in themselves because of abortion. In fact, after abortion, as long as you take good care of your body, it is very convenient to get pregnant again. Moreover, many examinations cannot tell whether you have had an abortion. Therefore, when you fall in love again, there is no need to regard it as a burden. So, can an abortion be detected?

Painless artificial abortion or ordinary artificial abortion, whether it was done once or multiple times, and whether it was done three or five years ago, cannot be detected by detection, even through B-ultrasound and gynecological examination. But whether it is giving birth or having another abortion, the doctor will often ask whether the patient has had an abortion before. If it cannot be checked, the doctor may worry that having had multiple abortions will leave potential risks for another abortion and childbirth. For example, if there are too many induced abortions, the base of the uterus will be thin and prone to perforation during the next abortion. Too many curettages will damage the endometrium, which can easily cause the embryo to stop developing and cause miscarriage, and even cause the risk of placenta adhesion, placenta implantation, and placenta previa.

It can be detected through examination, but doctors generally won’t tell you, as it does not fall within the scope of a gynecological examination. If you have never been pregnant, given birth, or had an abortion, the cervix will be in the shape of an "O". If you have been pregnant, given birth, or had an abortion, the cervix will generally become an "I" shape. The shape of the cervix can be seen during a gynecological examination.

After miscarriage, excessive tension, fear, sadness, overwork and surgery can inhibit the function of the hypothalamus, ovaries and uterus through the neuroendocrine system, leading to abnormal menstruation; or after miscarriage, the placental chorionic gonadotropin suddenly disappears, making the ovaries unable to respond to the gonadotropin secreted by the anterior pituitary gland, thus causing irregular menstruation; during the miscarriage process, the basal layer of the endometrium is damaged too much, and the endometrium cannot regenerate, which can cause delayed menstruation or amenorrhea in women. It is recommended that you go to the gynecology department of a regular hospital for B-ultrasound, hysteroscopy and other examinations to confirm the diagnosis and then treat the symptoms.
