Brown discharge from below three months after giving birth

Brown discharge from below three months after giving birth

A great mother carries her baby for ten months. Not only does she have to endure morning sickness and the gradually growing fetus during pregnancy, but she also has to breastfeed the baby after giving birth. Various accidents may occur during this period, such as discharge of brown liquid from the vagina three months after delivery, which will cause the mother, who has already lost a lot of energy, to fall down. But we must get to the root of the problem, solve the problem fundamentally, and treat and prevent the occurrence of this phenomenon. Be sure to pay attention to maintenance and care.

Generally, bleeding will not occur during pregnancy. If bleeding occurs, it may be a threatened abortion. It is recommended that you go to the hospital for an ultrasound examination to understand the development of the fetus. If there is no problem, you will need fetal preservation treatment, bed rest, and enhanced nutrition. Eat small, frequent meals.

The early stages of pregnancy are already unstable, and if there are some worrying situations, such as brown discharge in the early stages of pregnancy, pregnant mothers will be even more uneasy. The first is menstruation. Some female friends found out that they were pregnant, but they also had brown discharge and thought it was menstruation. In fact, this is stimulated menstruation. It is harmless to the health of pregnant women and fetuses and usually occurs within three months of pregnancy. The second is biochemical pregnancy. Biochemical pregnancy is called subclinical miscarriage or hidden miscarriage, which is mainly caused by the failure of the fertilized egg to implant.

The characteristic of biochemical pregnancy is that the HCG value is relatively high, and the urine test with early pregnancy test paper will also be positive, but the gestational sac cannot be detected by B-ultrasound. At the same time, brown secretions will appear, and normal menstruation will come afterwards. Third, it is ectopic pregnancy. If the fertilized egg does not implant in the uterine cavity but pregnancy occurs, after excluding biochemical pregnancy, it will be diagnosed as an ectopic pregnancy. An ectopic pregnancy is characterized by brown discharge and abdominal pain that continues to get worse. Ectopic pregnancy needs to be treated promptly, otherwise it will cause great harm. Fourth, it is vaginal Trichomonas infection. This infection can easily cause an increase in vaginal discharge, accompanied by a foul odor, and itching of the genitals. It is generally believed that this infection is a type of sexually transmitted disease, which can easily be transmitted between partners. During treatment, the sexual partners must be treated at the same time to prevent cross-infection and achieve a complete cure. Fourth, infection or inflammation is a common cause of brown discharge in the female reproductive system. In most gynecological diseases, such as cervical erosion, brown discharge is a common symptom.
