2. Scientifically arrange your daily diet

In fact, during pregnancy, the daily diet should be properly arranged, so that the expectant mother can eat healthy and nutritious food, provide sufficient energy for the fetus, and effectively control weight. The diet during pregnancy should be based on the preparation for pregnancy plus two supplementary meals. Three meals a day should still be sufficient. Some porridge and pastries that are easy to digest can be added between the two meals. In addition, a certain amount of dairy products, eggs, meat, beans, fruits and vegetables should be consumed every day. Eat small meals as much as possible.
