If women wear too thin clothes during daily travel, their breasts will inevitably bulge. And due to the influence of gravity, women's breasts will show signs of sagging as they age. In order to improve these two phenomena, every woman needs to wear underwear when her breasts grow to a certain size. When buying bras, you should buy different sizes according to the size of your breasts. Women with small breasts should know how to wear bras correctly to make their breasts look bigger. Step 1: Put both arms through the cuffs To put on a traditional bra, the first thing you should do is push your arms through the cuffs. A traditional bra has two cuffs that connect the cups to the back of the bra and go around the arms to the back. Step 2: Fasten your bra Most bras have hooks on the back that connect the right and left sides of the bra. These clasps will usually have 2 or 3 hooks on one side connected to 2 or 3 loops on the other side. The goal is to tie all the hooks into the circle. Many bras will have 2 or 3 places to adjust the fit, so you can adjust the bra slightly to make it tighter or looser. Step 3: Adjust the shoulder straps Once you've passed your hands through the cuffs and buckled your bra, you'll need to adjust the straps so they fit perfectly around your shoulders without being too tight or too loose. If they are too loose, they will slide off your shoulders and down to your elbows, while if they are too tight, they will be uncomfortable and the bra cups will be pulled too high. Step 4: Feel if the bra is placed correctly Once you have put your bra on and adjusted the straps, you should gently pull on the straps and the sides and back of the bra to make sure it fits properly. After that, you can check whether your breasts are in the cups. This is the most skillful step in putting on a bra. Check the shoulder straps and bra edges to make sure there are no kinks. Without standing up, stand up and bend over, lowering your back about two feet toward the ground. This will help move the breast into the correct orientation. Step 6: Move your breasts into the cups First, feel the sides of your breasts for any tissue that is left outside each breast, under the armpit. If you look in front of a mirror, you may be able to see this excess tissue. Use your opposite hand to feel the tissue next to each breast and move it in so it fills the cup. Then, use the same hand to lift the breast, thus moving the side breast in and lifting it up. Repeat the same snap with your other hand for the other breast. The sides of the breasts should be gently moved into the cups and lifted. When your breasts are adjusted, you can stand upright again. It's best if the bottom edge of the bra fits right along the base of the breasts, without leaving any extra room for them to droop. Your breasts should be firm and pointing upward, not hanging down under your bra. You may see a slight bulge above each cup, making your breasts look like they are about to pop out of the bra. This is completely natural and how it should look after trying to adjust your breasts to fit the bra. Use two fingers of one hand to smooth your breasts over the bra cups until you press them down a little into the bra. |
