Why do people sweat during menopause?

When women reach menopause, they will experience many uncomfortable symptoms, collectively known as menopausal syndrome. In order to cope with these symptoms, they need to make adjustments in all aspects. The first is psychological adjustment, and the second is dietary adjustment. People in menopause should eat more vegetables and fruits, such as bean sprouts, radishes, cucumbers, etc. In addition, they should also eat more coarse grains. So why do people sweat particularly easily when they reach menopause?

Why do people sweat during menopause?

The Yellow Emperor's Classic of Internal Medicine records that a woman's physiological stage is seven years: she starts to change her teeth and grow hair at the first seven days, her menstruation starts at the second day, she can get married at the third day, she can reproduce and have children at the fourth day, her flowers bloom and leaves fall at the fifth day, her hair turns white at the sixth day, and she enters menopause at the seventh day, which means she will stop having children. Of course, language organization is a matter, but the whole meaning expresses the life process of women.

The so-called menopause is a special period for women. It is also a period when various physiological and psychological abnormalities are prone to occur. During this time, the various organs of the body become weak one after another and need to be re-adjusted. Most people can get through this safely, but some people will experience various physical discomforts during this time.

Menopause occurs approximately between 45 and 50 years old for women, or can be postponed to over 50 years old. However, with the increasing pressure on people in today's society, menopause for many people has been brought forward to around 40 years old, and the end time is generally 2 to 3 years after menopause.

The symptoms and changes of menopause vary from person to person and the degree of their effects varies. Because the most notable feature of menopause is the changes in ovarian endocrine secretion, which in turn have a mutually restrictive relationship with the nervous system, when menopause comes, women generally tend to be a bit neurotic, such as nervous, irritable, etc.

At the same time, due to the decline of ovarian function, menstruation begins to become disordered, sometimes more, sometimes less, and extremely unstable, and even suddenly stops. This is due to the dysfunction of various internal organs caused by autonomic nervous system disorders. The symptoms mainly manifest in four aspects: First, the body will experience paroxysmal facial flushing, sweating, dizziness, nausea, loss of appetite, insomnia, palpitations, fatigue, etc. Secondly, they become emotionally lazy and inactive, worry too much, suspicious, sad, pessimistic, and disappointed, and even often sigh alone, and sometimes cry for no reason. The fluctuations are so great that one cannot even control himself. Third, many people have symptoms of neurasthenia, insomnia, restless sleep, and even nightmares and fear. In fact, these are all mental illnesses caused by changes in the body. Generally, no drug treatment is required. As long as you strengthen your psychological adjustment a little, these symptoms will disappear smoothly.

So, why do we sweat during menopause? In fact, people in menopause have gone through menopause, and the reason for menopause is that the blood bank in the human body is in crisis, and blood loss causes yin deficiency, which makes it easy to sweat. However, this kind of sweat is false sweat and false heat. However, if you just have sweating but no coldness, pay more attention to rest and relax. After a while, your body will adapt to the changes and you will be fine.

In fact, Chinese medicine emphasizes the balance of yin and yang. As long as you maintain an optimistic attitude, slowly adapt to the physical discomfort caused by physiological functions, and restore a new balance in the body, you will surely live a safe, stable, healthy and happy life.
