Pelvic repair exercises

Pelvic repair exercises

After ten months of pregnancy and delivery, the mother's pelvis will be affected to some extent the moment the baby lands on the ground. Even a caesarean section has a great impact on the pelvis. This is because during pregnancy, the uterus will compress part of the pelvic cavity, and the expansion will cause the ligaments to relax. Many gynecological diseases will occur, coupled with the influence of bacterial infection. What are the actions to repair the pelvis?

Pelvic belt

I don't know how many mothers have heard of the pelvic belt, but one thing that cannot be ignored is that many mothers in developed countries will use this thing after giving birth. It can solve the problem of pelvic relaxation very well, and prevent you from accumulating too much fat in the waist and hips after childbirth, making your figure look better. It is also very simple and convenient to wear, and it is also very comfortable for mothers to wear.

Postpartum recovery exercises

The first one talks about using an object belt for repair, while doing postpartum fitness exercises is about self-repair. Postpartum exercises not only have a quick effect, but also have no side effects on the body. You don’t have to go to a specific place and can do them at home. In fact, exercises like Heiger's anal lifting exercise or pelvic opening exercise can effectively help mothers solve pelvic relaxation.

Don't cross your legs

During the pelvic repair process, try not to do actions such as crossing your legs. Because when you cross your legs, your pelvis will be stressed and it may cause pelvic tilt, so it is not recommended to do so. In fact, whether you are postpartum or not, it is best not to cross your legs, as it is harmful to your body.

Don't lose weight excessively

Many mothers find it hard to accept themselves in the mirror after giving birth, thinking they have become too fat. They will immediately start to lose weight. Some people exercise a lot, regardless of whether their body can bear it. This is actually not good for the repair of the pelvis. Excessive exercise can cause damage to the pelvis. Therefore, exercise must be moderate and nutrition must be sufficient.

The process of postpartum pelvic repair will not be particularly fast, so mothers must be patient and persevere in doing things. Don't give up after doing restorative exercises for a few days and feeling that there is no effect. Be sure to commit yourself to it and never give up halfway.
