Hyperechoic breast nodules

Hyperechoic breast nodules

Echo is a test result presented by ultrasound testing. If a woman suspects that she has a problem with her breast, she can go for an ultrasound test. The echo results are also divided into high echo and low echo. High echo mainly refers to the breast nodules being in a high-density state. And high echo also represents the situation of breast nodules. Below we will introduce to you in detail what high echo breast nodules mean.

The low echo and high echo described by breast ultrasound are mainly related to the density of the tissue. A higher density is called high density, which means high echo, and a lower density is called low density, which means low echo. The reference is based on the density of the tissue and organ being examined. High echo means that the reflection coefficient is greater than about 20%, the grayscale is brighter, and there is no sound shadow behind it. In this case, calcification is considered, and further examination and mammography are recommended.

Many patients with breast diseases are eager to know when they are diagnosed with hyperechoic breast nodules. Generally speaking, breast hyperplasia and tumor transformation is a common disease among women, which is mostly caused by endocrine disorders due to irregular daily life or frequent consumption of spicy, greasy and estrogen-rich foods, thereby stimulating the hyperplasia of glandular lobule due to relative or absolute increase in estrogen. It is recommended to observe first and do regular breast B-ultrasound examinations; if the lump is growing, surgical removal should be considered; and take some anti-proliferative drugs on a regular basis, including Hongjin Xiaojie Capsules and Rupixiao Capsules.

1. Lobular hyperplasia (20-35 years old, premenstrual pain, accompanied by multiple nodules. Relieved after menstruation). Treatment with Xiaoyao Pills.

2. Mastodynia (pain before and during menstruation during adolescence, no lumps, disappears after menstruation).

3. Fibrocystic hyperplasia or sclerotic mastopathy (after the age of 30, multiple small nodules, in patches, tough texture, unclear boundaries, often bilateral, mild tenderness. Related to the menstrual cycle). Surgical treatment.

4. Fibroadenoma or papilloma (single mass, clear border, large mobility, no pain, adhesion). Take Xiaoyaosan 3-9g, 3 times a day, and check regularly. Surgical removal if necessary.
