It is recommended that you see a doctor for relevant examinations, so as to ensure early detection and early treatment, thereby preventing the disease from causing greater harm to the body.

Behcet's disease in women

First, oral ulcers appear. The most important symptom of Behcet's disease in women is recurrent oral ulcers, and the pus spots are relatively deep, and the bottom of the pus spots are mostly milky white or yellowish. Multiple ulcers can appear in multiple locations at the same time, usually on the lips, upper jaw, throat and other locations. Most ulcers can heal on their own, but they can recur frequently. Severe cases may cause severe pain and affect normal eating.

Second, genital ulcers appear. In addition to oral ulcers, patients with Behcet's disease may also develop vulvar ulcers, specifically genital ulcers. The possibility of ulcers in this area is relatively high and the symptoms are more serious.

Third, skin problems occur. Some female friends will continue to develop skin lesions after developing Behcet's disease, which are manifested as acne-like rashes on the face, chest and other parts of the body. This condition can usually improve on its own, but it is easy to relapse. Some patients may also experience swelling and pain in the lower limbs, and may also have recurring erythema that is painful when pressed lightly. This condition is called erythema nodosum. In addition, some patients may experience swelling or blisters in their area when receiving an IV drip. This condition is called a needle reaction.
