Why does miscarriage occur?

If women do not take good care of their bodies during pregnancy, they may induce miscarriage. If it is a natural miscarriage, you must not be careless, as it is very likely that the miscarriage will not be complete. Therefore, it is best to go to the hospital for another uterine cleaning, otherwise it may affect the next pregnancy. Women after miscarriage are very weak and need to rest more. So why does miscarriage occur?

First, why does miscarriage occur? Incomplete embryonic development: Abnormal fertilized eggs are the main cause of early miscarriage. About 80% of miscarriages in the first two months of pregnancy are due to some defects in sperm and eggs, which causes the embryo to develop to a certain extent and then terminate. Therefore, the original embryonic tissue cannot be seen in the discharge of this type of miscarriage.

Second, endocrine dysfunction: The fertilized egg can only implant on the uterine wall and grow and develop into a fetus under the action of progesterone. When the body does not secrete enough progesterone, the uterine decidua will develop poorly, thus affecting the development of the fertilized egg and easily causing miscarriage. If the amount of prostaglandins increases, it will cause frequent contractions of the uterine muscles and may also lead to miscarriage. Reduced thyroid function can cause cell oxidation disorders, thereby affecting the growth and development of the embryo and causing miscarriage.

Third, you need to get enough rest after miscarriage to adjust your physical and mental state and restore your energy, so you should avoid fatigue during this period. For example, in terms of clothing, we should strive for comfort and convenience, and try to avoid wearing high heels, hot pants, etc. In daily life, we should try to watch less TV and surf the Internet less to avoid excessive eye fatigue. Vaginal bleeding after miscarriage usually lasts for a period of time. During this period, the body's immunity will be relatively low and it is easy to be infected by bacteria. Therefore, special attention should be paid to personal hygiene to prevent adverse consequences such as viral infection. If you need to change clothes frequently, especially underwear, you should change and wash them every day and wash them separately from other clothes. If possible, it is best to use a special underwear detergent. When bathing, try to choose some green and non-irritating bath products.

Why does miscarriage occur? Reproductive organ diseases: uterine malformations such as bicornuate uterus, septate uterus, and uterine hypoplasia. Pelvic tumors, especially submucosal fibroids, can affect the growth and development of the fetus and cause miscarriage. Relaxation of the internal os of the uterus or deep laceration of the cervix can cause premature rupture of membranes and late miscarriage.
