I have spotting and my stomach hurts a little bit, what's going on?

After becoming pregnant, women all hope to see the baby as soon as possible, but during pregnancy, women's bodies will experience a lot of discomfort, so pregnant women must learn to take care of themselves, and at the same time, they must master some pre-delivery symptoms to ensure the health of the fetus. They must also go to the hospital regularly for pregnancy checkups to lay the foundation for delivery. So what's the matter with spotting and slight stomach pain and backache?

First, what is the reason for spotting, slight stomach pain and back pain? For first-time mothers, they will become more and more nervous as the due date approaches, not knowing when the birth will occur. General signs before delivery include a drop in the fundus of the uterus about two weeks before delivery. The expectant mother will feel relief in the upper abdomen, followed by pressure in the lower abdomen and frequent urination. In addition, there will be spotting, water breaking, regular abdominal contractions, eczema, etc.

Second, situations like this are often caused by overwork. If you are preparing for delivery, you will often have regular uterine contractions, that is, pain every half an hour, or an hour. If you are preparing to give birth, the pain will last for 15 minutes or 15 minutes. When you are close to giving birth, it will be 2 to 3 minutes. The pain of uterine contractions, if you are in this situation, it is not actually the time to give birth, but you may be tired.

The pain of uterine contractions is not abdominal pain, but is caused by uterine contraction. If the expectant mother touches her belly with her hands at this time, she can feel that her abdomen has become very hard. Generally, 24-48 hours before delivery, the cervix begins to dilate slightly, separating the fetal membranes from the uterine wall. The capillaries will rupture, and a small amount of blood will be discharged through the vagina and mixed with the mucus in the cervical canal. This bloody secretion from the vagina is what we commonly call "reddish show". Seeing spotting is actually a reliable sign of impending secretion, but how long it takes to enter labor after seeing spotting varies from person to person. Generally, labor will begin 48 hours after seeing spotting, but the labor process for primiparas is longer, usually 11-12 hours; and a very small number of expectant mothers may even have to wait a few days to a week before entering labor.
