Breast punctate calcification is transformed from nodules. Breast calcification is divided into coarse calcification and micro calcification, which is judged according to the size of the calcification. Breast punctate calcifications are actually not scary because most of them are benign, but a small number are malignant. Once the nodule is larger than 3 cm, surgical treatment can be chosen, which has little harm and better results. Breast calcification observed in the examination lens is some highly dense white dots. Currently, commonly used breast imaging examinations include mammography and ultrasound. Mammography, commonly known as mammography, can detect early breast cancer, including breast cancer that is negative on palpation (no lump can be felt). Mammography is currently the most sensitive technique for detecting breast calcifications. Breast calcification appears as a high-density shadow on a breast X-ray, appearing as small white dot-like changes. Breast calcifications can be divided into coarse calcification and microcalcification according to size, into dot-shaped, amorphous, polymorphic, short rod-shaped and branched according to morphology, and into scattered, diffuse, segmental and clustered according to distribution. Among them, coarse calcification (including hollow calcification) usually occurs in benign lesions; scattered calcifications, whether coarse calcification or microcalcification, are all benign calcifications; diffusely distributed microcalcifications, if not locally clustered, are usually also benign lesions. Segmental and clustered short-rod-shaped and branched microcalcifications should be considered malignant, with a malignancy risk of over 90%, and are mostly ductal carcinoma in situ or invasive ductal carcinoma. Generally, surgical treatment is only chosen for breast nodules larger than 3 cm, while traditional treatment can be chosen for breast nodules smaller than 3 cm. Faced with breast hyperplasia nodules, many people will choose surgical treatment. Surgical treatment is a more serious issue for patients. Many female friends seek medical treatment after suffering from breast hyperplasia. Many doctors suggest surgical treatment. Since surgery causes less damage to other parts of the human body and does not cause side effects, it is currently a relatively superior means of treating breast hyperplasia. The majority of breast calcifications are benign. Malignant calcifications require active treatment, while benign calcifications and possible benign calcifications can be followed up and reviewed. In short, calcification lesions with different characteristics and properties on breast X-ray need to be treated differently. After receiving the diagnosis report, you should analyze it carefully with your doctor, take it seriously, and deal with it according to the specific situation without being overly nervous. |
